Muriel Jérôme-O'Keeffe

MURIEL JÉRÔME-O'KEEFFE, PRESIDENT

Ms. Jérôme-O'Keeffe is responsible for the strategic vision of the company, and for developing vertical strategic alliances to offer complete solutions to JTG's clients. She is a recognized leader in the language and localization industry and is frequently called upon to consult on language issues impacting national security.


Ms. Jérôme-O'Keeffe is the past president of the American Translators Association (ATA), the largest trade association in the language industry. During her tenure,
Ms. Jérôme-O'Keeffe launched the effort to develop National Translation User Standards under the auspices of ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) and the National Foreign Language Center (NFLC). She is also the current president of the AFTI Foundation, which affords her the opportunity to sponsor investment in quality education for those responsible for the future of our national security efforts.

In the decade before launching JTG, Ms. Jérôme -O'Keeffe managed a broad spectrum of projects involving globalization of products, linguistic aids and tools, media monitoring, computer-based foreign language information tracking systems, machine translation (MT) software, foreign language curriculum development, and cross-cultural training.

Ms. Jérôme-O'Keeffe graduated Summa Cum Laude in English and Linguistics from Université de Haute Normandie, Rouen, France – Maîtrise.

AHMED SHEHATA, VICE PRESIDENT, STRATEGY & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Mr. Shehata is the head of Strategy & Business Development at JTG, and is responsible for all new business development and capture activities. Mr. Shehata develops market and competitive strategic plans that drive the growth of JTG in terms of revenue and margins. Mr. Shehata Identifies, evaluates, develops and supports the implementation of the business development process that serves to ensure the quality, efficiency, and market development of new and existing businesses and services.

Mr. Shehata is a United States Army veteran and served in Korea, Fort Gordon, and Fort Carson. Besides his military service, Mr. Shehata’s past positions include Senior Language Officer, Open Source Analyst, and Peacekeeper and Liaison Officer during the UN mission in Somalia. Mr. Shehata has extensive experience in military operations, intelligence operations, research methodologies, strategic planning, and analytical thinking.

Mr. Shehata holds a Bachelor of Science in Military Science from Egypt Military Academy, and Master of Arts in Strategic Intelligence from American Military University (AMU) in WV.

Linda Kay RoskoLINDA KAY ROSKO, CORPORATE DIRECTOR

Mrs. Linda K. Rosko served as a civilian with the Department of Defense for 35 years. She retired in 2011 having achieved Senior Intelligence Officer status in the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). Her final DIA assignment was with the Director for National Intelligence’s (DNI) National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC) as Chief, Office of Operations. In this capacity, Mrs. Rosko was responsible for worldwide Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) operations, which aided in the capture of terrorists and criminals. She directed a staff of hundreds of government and contractor employees located in the continental United States and abroad.

Under her guidance, the first NMEC Response Center (NRC) was established, thereby guaranteeing media exploitation 24 hours/seven days per week. Mrs. Rosko provided oversight to DIA’s Translation Services activities, steered NMEC formal training and DOMEX specialization, and was actively involved in recruiting and selecting volunteers for deployment to overseas locations.

Earlier in her career, Mrs. Rosko was assigned to the Defense Special Missile and Aerospace Center (DEFSMAC), a joint National Security Agency (NSA) / DIA organization. At DEFSMAC Mrs. Rosko held the positions of Space Forecast Analyst; Chief, Intelligence Division; Deputy Director and “Acting Director.”

While assigned to the Armed Forces Medical Intelligence Center (AFMIC), Mrs. Rosko managed Open Source, IMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, and HUMINT collection requirements, as well as library services.

MARTIN MANDELBERG, Ph.D, CORPORATE DIRECTOR

Dr. Martin Mandelberg has more than 34 years of progressive engineering experience on major programs for numerous U.S. government departments, agencies, military services, and national laboratories. He is widely recognized as an expert on large-scale information and decision support systems; complex information technology (IT) systems, and Command, Control, Computers, Communications and Intelligence (C4) programs. He has won multiple awards for his management, strategic leadership, and technical contributions in a number of fields.

Prior to joining Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) in 1987, Dr. Mandelberg served as a Senior Engineering Manager and Chief Scientist within the Office of the Secretary of Defense and in Program Technical and Managerial positions at General Dynamics Corporation, the U.S. Coast Guard R&D Center, and the Naval Underwater Systems Center.

Dr. Mandelberg earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut; a Master of Science degree in Management, Defense Economics, Strategy, and Naval Operations from the U.S. Naval War College, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Dr Mandelberg has advised JTG since 1995.

WAYNE N. FOX, CORPORATE DIRECTOR

Wayne N. Fox is President and Chief Operating Officer of Realty Management Associates, Inc. Mr. Fox is responsible for managing and coordinating the affairs of Realty Management Associates, Inc. and is actively involved in both the development and investment activities of the company.

Realty Management Associates, Inc. was established as an independent entity in 1986 as a result of the acquisition of its assets from National Realty Services. Realty Management Associates, Inc. is a diversified real estate investment company involved in the development, property management, ownership, and operation of office buildings, shopping centers, and multifamily housing properties.

Mr. Fox has extensive experience in real estate management with an emphasis on marketing. He has in-depth knowledge of budgeting, marketing techniques, market analysis, financial structuring and negotiating with sellers, lenders, and public agencies. He brings to JTG inc. a depth of small business experience and strong guidance on how to manage and control growth in a very competitive environment.

Mr. Fox has advised JTG since 1995.

ANDY RAS-WORK

Andy Ras-Work is a CEO, investor and advisor to companies and Private Equity Groups in IT, technology, manufacturing and media. He is a principal of Athena Capital Group Holding AG and has through this vehicle invested in a number of companies in Europe. Previously, Andy was the Chief Operating Officer of WorldSpace Inc (NASDAQ:WRSP), the international satellite radio company he was able to re-structure and, take public.

He joined WorldSpace Inc after serving as President and CEO of Semantix Inc., a VC backed enterprise software firm engaged in enhanced search technologies.

Andy Ras-Work also held a succession of senior management positions for Hewlett Packard in Europe and in the US. At HP, Andy took on several entrepreneurial roles. He notably developed and ran the company’s $150M business-to-business e-commerce and direct sales operations.

Andy started his career at ASCOM AG in Switzerland, where he managed large telecommunications projects in Europe, Asia and Africa.

Andy, who has lived and worked in three continents and speaks five languages. He has an MBA from INSEAD, and a BSEE from the University of California, Los Angeles. Andy is married and has two children.

Mr. Ras-Work has advised JTG since 2006.
